Labs Settings
Labs settings can be found in Menu > Products > Product Detail > Labs
AIQ Ecommerce will pull and list labs from your POS system if available:
THC (we pull from the THC field, but we call it THC9)
THCa
CBD
CBDa
CBG
CBN
ℹ️ Note: To customize which fields are overwritten by your POS, update your POS Updatable Fields in POS Settings.
For conflicting values, AIQ Ecommerce will display the highest recorded value. (Previously, we utilized a formula to derive the primary values. Change made Nov 2023.)
Labs Display
We will then list this as the total amount of a product trait and give a visual representation on how potent this product is. The top level values are defined by the larger of the numbers. Here's what the customer will see:
