Labs Settings
Labs settings can be found in Menu > Products > Product Detail > Labs
AIQ Ecommerce will pull and list labs from your POS system if available:
THC — displayed as THC9 on your menu. AIQ Ecommerce uses "THC9" as the label for standard Delta-9 THC throughout the platform. If your menu is showing "THC9", that is your product's standard THC value — it is not a separate or different cannabinoid.

For conflicting values, AIQ Ecommerce will display the highest recorded value. (Previously, we utilized a formula to derive the primary values. Change made Nov 2023.)
Labs Display
We will then list this as the total amount of a product trait and give a visual representation on how potent this product is. The top level values are defined by the larger of the numbers. When a product's lab results come back as zero or empty, we'll hide those values from the menu instead of displaying them.
One primary THC value is shown at a time: The menu displays only the higher of THC9 or THCa as the primary potency value for each product. It is not currently possible to show THC%, THCa, and THC9 as three separate values simultaneously on a product listing. If you want a specific value to always display, ensure it is the higher of the two — or set the other to 0 to hide it (zero and empty values are not shown on the menu).
