How to connect AIQ to Terpli
Provide Terpli with the below information found in your AIQ dashboard:
AIQ API key found via Settings > API & Tracking > Your key
AIQ UID found via Settings > API & Tracking > Your UID for requests is: [UID]
Loyalty points accrual rate found via Settings > Points & permissions > Points settings
Tiered reward names/descriptions and the associated points value found via Marketing > Discounts
How to earn AIQ points through Terpli
For reviews - Every time a customer leads a product review they earn points.
For recommendations - Every time a customer recommends a product at the beginning of the Terpli user journey, they earn points. We recommend a lesser point value for recommendations compared to reviews.
For first-time customers - Customers can earn points when they first log into Terpli.
