About the AIQ <> Blaze Ecom Integration

Blaze Ecom gives you the ability to create custom online ordering experiences. Our e-commerce integration is easy to set up and offers the following features:
The ability for customers to sign up for loyalty during checkout.
The ability for customers to redeem AIQ points during checkout in Blaze Ecom.
How to Connect Blaze Ecom to AIQ
In AIQ, and head to Settings > API & Tracking and obtain your UID and your API Key.
In Blaze Ecom Mission Control (TMC), go to Settings > Integrations and scroll down to the AIQ card.
Click the AIQ card and click Connect in the top-right corner.
Enter your UID and API Key retrieved from AIQ

Using AIQ Discounts in Blaze Ecom
Blaze Ecom allows customers to redeem discounts during check out. Dollar ($) or Percentage (%) off discounts will be applied to the entire cart or total purchase; item-level discounts are not available at this time
Create a discount using our Discount Builder
Click Redemption Options
Add in either a percent or dollar value off
Review and publish the discount
Note: When creating discounts in AIQ that you want to pass to Blaze Ecom, make sure that both the What are you discounting? and Discount short description fields are filled out or the discount will not function in Blaze Ecom.
Where to see discounts within Blaze Ecom
Within the customer profile on Blaze Ecom Mission Control
Here you can see the customer profile, how many points they have, and some rewards that are available to that customer.
Within the Discounts page on Blaze Ecom Mission Control
Since you are not looking at a customer's profile, you are only able to see discounts that require 0 points to redeem.
Within the Checkout page you will see a Redeem Rewards button assuming the customer had deals/ points available!
Select the Redeem Rewards button to see all available discounts.
Here you will be able to select a reward to redeem and apply it to your cart
Additional Blaze Ecom features
Turn off SMS confirmation message
An SMS opt-in message is triggered after a user signs up for AIQ loyalty while checking out on Blaze Ecom. To disable the SMS opt-in message, log into your Blaze Ecom account and head to Store > Settings > Integrations > Alpine IQ > Settings and flip the Enable SMS Opt-In confirmation message toggle to Inactive.
