How to Connect AIQ to BLAZE
Get BLAZE credentials
Go to your BLAZE portal
Navigate to Company Settings > Developer Keys
Choose the Shop Name that you're setting up
Give the key a name
Toggle ON 'Status', 'Expose Sales', and 'Expose Members'
Click Save
BLAZE will then generate your
key. Copy it
Enable the integration in AIQ Ecommerce
Navigate to Store > Integrations
Click on BLAZE
Enable the integration toggle
Input your
keyfrom BLAZE
Syncing Orders
Turn on the Sync Orders toggle if you'd like AIQ Ecommerce to automatically push new orders into BLAZE when they are confirmed.
AIQ Ecommerce utilizes BLAZE's orderTags when submitting an order to the POS. You will see any of the following tags depending on how the order was placed: CURBSIDE, DELIVERY, DRIVETHROUGH, WALK-UPORDER and KIOSKORDER.
If your store uses time slots, we will also send the time slot to BLAZE for in-store and delivery orders.
Syncing Products/Inventory
Turning on this integration will trigger AIQ Ecommerce to automatically sync with BLAZE every 10 minutes.
You can also manually trigger a sync by going to Menu > Products and clicking Sync?
ℹ️ Note: If your full inventory is not syncing from Blaze POS and you have the following conditions:
shop.showProductByAvailableQuantity = trueThe online store inventory setting is not set to “All inventories”
then products may not sync over. This is a current limitation of pagination.
Solution:
In Blaze POS, go to Online Store > Choose Inventory and select All inventories to ensure products sync properly.
AIQ supports the syncing of multiple images from Blaze to AIQ.
Terpenes
When enabled, AIQ Ecommerce will automatically sync over your terpenes from BLAZE. AIQ Ecommerce supports the following terpenes from BLAZE:

Beta Caryophyllene
Beta Myrcene
Beta Pinene
Bisabolol
Caryophyllene Oxide
Guaiol
Humulene
Limonene
Linalool
Ocimene
Terpinolene
Terpinene
Inventory Mapping
When products are synced from BLAZE, AIQ Ecommerce will pull over all of the fields that your location has setup to sync and AIQ Ecommerce will map each product to a certain category. To customize which fields sync and how products are mapped, see POS Settings.
FAQs
How often will my inventory sync?
AIQ ecommerce will sync your inventory every 10 minutes. In between syncs, we will also keep an accurate hold on any inventory ordered to prevent over selling
How after will my order status sync?
AIQ ecommerce will sync your order statuses from your point of sale every 2 minutes. This allows us to have near real time order status syncing with your point of sale.
