This view displays performance metrics for each node in the flow.

Trigger Metrics

  • Entrances: The number of customers who entered the flow through this trigger. Each entrance represents a customer starting the flow as a result of this trigger firing.

  • Stuck: The number of customers who entered the trigger but have not yet progressed to the next step in the flow.
Customers may appear stuck if the next step is a time delay, conditional split waiting on data, or if the flow was paused after the trigger fired.

  • Completed: The number of customers who successfully completed the trigger step and advanced to the next step in the flow.

Message Metrics

  • Sends: The total number of messages sent from this step.

  • Pending: customers who have not yet received the message. This can be for a number of reasons, including opt-in statuses, quiet hours, and more.

  • Opens: The number of messages that were opened by recipients. This metric is channel-dependent and may not be available for all message types.

  • Clicks: The number of times recipients clicked a link within the message.

  • Conversions: The number of customers who completed a conversion after receiving this message, based on your attribution settings.

  • Conversion Revenue: The total revenue generated from conversions attributed to this message step.

Split Metrics

  • Entrances: The number of customers who entered this split step.

  • Stuck: The number of customers currently waiting at this split and have not yet been routed down a path.
Customers may be stuck if the split condition depends on future data (for example, waiting to see if an event occurs).

  • Completed: The number of customers who successfully completed the split and were routed to a subsequent step.

  • Yes Steps (Count / Percentage): The number and percentage of customers routed down the Yes path of the split.

  • No Steps (Count / Percentage): The number and percentage of customers routed down the No path of the split.

Give Discount Metrics

  • Discounts given: The total number of discounts issued to customers from this step.

  • Redemptions: The number of issued discounts that were successfully redeemed by customers.

Gift Points Metrics

  • Points Gifted: The total number of loyalty points issued to customers from this step.

  • Recipients: The number of unique customers who received loyalty points from this step.

Time Delay Metrics

  • Entrances: The number of customers who entered this time delay step.

  • Stuck: The number of customers currently waiting in the delay period and have not yet progressed.
Customers are considered stuck while actively waiting for the delay period to complete. This is expected behavior.

  • Completed: The number of customers who successfully completed the delay and advanced to the next step in the flow.
