Brand Menu Overview
Are you a brand in an industry where you cannot sell directly to consumers? With our Brand Menu, you can still showcase your products (and their details) and populate a store locator to help consumers find where your products can be purchased.
You can also use our Collectible Codes feature to allow customers to accrue and redeem points via your Brand Menu.
Set Products to View Only
Brand Menus require products to be set as View Only, meaning customers can browse but not place orders.
You can configure this either:
Individually per product
In bulk across many products
Option 1: Set Individual Products to View Only
Navigate to:
AIQ Ecommerce → Menu → ProductsOpen the desired product
Go to the Details tab
Scroll to the bottom and locate:
Product Order TypeSelect:
View Only + Find a StoreClick Save
Option 2: Set All Products to View Only (Bulk Update)
Navigate to:
AIQ Ecommerce → Menu → Products(Optional) Use filters or search to narrow product selection
Leave unfiltered to select all products
Click the More (...) menu in the upper right
Select Bulk Update
Under Product Order Type, choose:
View OnlyClick Save
This updates multiple (or all) products at once.
Populate Your Store Locator
Brand Menus include a store locator that helps customers find retailers carrying your products.
To configure:
Navigate to:
AIQ Dash → Settings → Brand StoresView the list of retailers that currently carry your products
Add or remove retail locations as needed
Once updated, these locations will populate automatically in your Brand Menu store locator.
