Campaign Page Overview

The Campaigns Page is the central place to view, organize, and manage all marketing campaigns in AIQ. Track status, scheduling, channels, and performance, and access tools like duplication and reporting.

Prerequisites

Before getting started, ensure you have:

Required Permissions:

Campaigns can be accessed by users with one of the following roles:

  • Marketing

  • Marketing Analyst

  • Operator

  • Owner


Campaigns Page

Navigate to:

  • Marketing > Campaigns

This page displays a table of all campaigns created in your AIQ account.


Table Columns

Each campaign row includes key details to help you understand performance, scheduling, and configuration.

Status

Shows whether a campaign is:

  • Draft

  • Active

  • Inactive

Active campaigns display a toggle. Turn the toggle on to activate the campaign.

Name

An internal reference name used to help your team identify the campaign.

  • Not visible to customers

ID

The unique identifier for the campaign.

You can use this ID to:

  • Search for a specific campaign

  • Build audiences of contacts who received that campaign

Triggers

Displays which trigger type the campaign uses (e.g., Abandoned Cart).

If this shows N/A, the campaign is a standard, non-triggered send.

Last Message

Shows the timestamp of the most recent message sent by the campaign.

If N/A, the campaign has not sent any messages yet.

Scheduled

Indicates how the campaign is scheduled, such as:

  • Blast

  • Start/End (date range)

  • Ongoing

Channels

Shows which marketing channels the campaign uses, such as:

  • Email

  • Text

Created

The date and time the campaign was originally created.

Last Updated

The most recent date and time the campaign was edited.


Filters

Use filters to narrow down your campaign list and create custom views.

Status

Filter campaigns by Status:

  • Draft

  • Active

  • Paused

  • Archived

Scheduled

Filter campaigns by when they are scheduled to be active:

Last Message

Filter campaigns by when the last message was sent.

Channels

Filter campaigns by which channels they are utilizing:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Push

  • In-App

  • Direct Mail

  • Wallet Pass

  • Voice

Triggers

Filter campaigns by which triggers they are utilizing:

  • Mixed

  • Post Sale

  • Abandoned Cart

  • Birthday

Schedule Type

Filter campaigns by which schedule type they are using

  • Mixed

  • Ongoing

  • Blast Date Range

  • Queue

Type

Filter campaigns by type:

  • Regular

  • Waterfall

  • A/B Test

Tags

Campaign Tags help organize campaigns for navigation and analytics.

You can filter by one or more tags to create customized views.

Points Boost

Toggle this filter to view only campaigns that include a points boost.

Archived

Toggle on to view campaigns that have been archived.


How to Show or Hide Table Columns

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns

  2. Click the Columns icon (a box divided into three) in the upper right corner

    • Located next to the and + icons

  3. In the slideout panel, toggle columns on or off

  4. Click Save


How to Duplicate a Campaign

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns

  2. Locate the campaign you want to duplicate

  3. Either:

    1. Right-click the campaign row
      or

    2. Hover at the far right and click the menu

  4. Select Duplicate from the dropdown

This creates a copy of the campaign that you can edit and reuse.


How to Access the Conversion Report by Persona

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns

  2. Right-click your desired campaign

  3. Select Conversion Report by Persona

  4. In the side drawer:

    1. Choose a date range

    2. Select the report recipient

  5. Click Send Report


Opening Campaigns in a New Tab

AIQ does not support right-click open-in-new-tab behavior, but it does support middle click functionality.

You can open campaigns in a new tab using:

  • Mac: Cmd + Click

  • Mouse: Click the scroll wheel

  • Windows: Depends on device settings (search for your middle-click shortcut)


Bulk Updating Campaigns

Bulk updating campaigns is in BETA.

Bulk Updating (also called "Bulk Actions") allow you to efficiently update multiple campaigns at once, saving you time when making changes.

You can use Bulk Updates to change the following in campaigns:

  • Tags

  • Active status

  • Archive status

How to Bulk Update campaigns

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Campaigns

  2. Use filters and/or search to narrow down your list, then select campaigns using the checkboxes in the left column

  3. In the top right corner, click on the (...) menu

  4. Click on "Bulk Update"

  5. In the slideout, make your desired changes (tags, active status, or archive status) and click 'Save'

  6. When the confirmation popup opens, click "Update"

  7. Once complete, a summary table will appear in the slideout detailing successful bulk changes, skips, and failures

‼️ Warning: Bulk Updates cannot be undone. Double-check your selection before changing the status of multiple campaigns

How to Bulk Tag campaigns

Updating tags has two main controls:

  • Tag Selector: This is the input field on the left side. Choose which tag(s) to apply using the dropdown

  • Action Type: This is the toggle to the right of the tag selector.

    • Add: Adds selected tag(s) to campaigns without removing existing tags

    • Set: Replaces ALL existing tags with only the tag(s) you select

    • Remove: Removes only the selected tag(s) from campaigns

⚠️ Set will remove all existing tags from selected campaigns and replace them with your selection. Use Add if you want to keep existing tags.


Campaign Planner

Navigate to:

  • Marketing > Planner

The Campaign Planner provides a calendar-based view of your campaigns.

Additional planner filters include:

Events

Filter between:

  • Co-Marketing

  • Campaigns

  • Discounts

Channels

Filter between:

  • Text

  • Email

  • Push

  • Browser

  • Direct Mail

  • Voice Drop

Location

Filter by store location.
