The mobile app feature set includes:

To get started, you can download the Ecom Staff App from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. From there, you'll use your AIQ Ecom credentials to log in.

To log in, use the same credentials that you use for the AIQ Ecommerce Web App.

The app features 2 tabs: Orders and Scanner

After logging in, you'll be taken to the Orders tab. This will show all orders for a particular day including customer name, order number, item count, order total, order type, order time, and order status.

An order total that is in green text with a checkmark next to it indicates that the order was pre-paid for, and no payment is needed upon pickup -

The Orders tab can be filtered by Status, Order Type, and Order Date using the filter buttons at the top of the screen -

By clicking on a specific order, you'll be taken to the Order Details page. This will give you a more in depth look at a particular order and allow you to manually check that customer in.

Delivery orders will also include the delivery address, delivery notes, and a photo of the uploaded drivers license. This can be particularly helpful for delivery drivers, who can click on the address to pull up directions straight from the app.

The second tab in the Ecom Staff App is the Scanner tab. Clicking on this will allow you to scan the QR code of your shoppers and pull up their order with ease. To use that, you'll be prompted to adjust your phone's settings to allow the app to access your camera.
