How to Connect AIQ to Clover
Clover Steps
Go to your Clover dashboard
Click Account & Setup
Under Business Operations, click API Tokens
Click Create Token
Input a memorable Token name, like AIQ, and select all Read checkboxes
Select Write for Customers.
Click Create Token
Reveal the private token with the Eye Icon, and click Copy. Save your token somewhere safe for the next steps.
Copy and save your Merchant ID from the URL in your address bar. It is shown as

AIQ Steps
Navigate to Settings > Integrations, search for Alleaves and click the green Connect button.
Insert the Merchant ID and API Token from earlier. Click Add Credential.
Scroll to the bottom, and click Update Connection.
How to Map a Store
Navigate to Settings -> Company Account > Retail Store
Click Edit on the store you wish you map
Under Store Mappings you'll see the Clover symbol
Click on the empty field to the right of the symbol and a dropdown will appear to "map" the key
Click Save settings and you are done mapping the store. Keep in mind this must be repeated for any additional stores that you add to the account.

Discount Redemption Flow
When redeeming and applying discounts using the Clover POS integration, you'll want to be sure to take both steps of redeeming the discount with your customer through the AIQ staff app or directly through the customer wallet and applying the discount in Clover.

Earning Points
Customer's will need to provide Clover their information at or before checkout so customers can be identified after being synced to AIQ. Because of this, We recommend collecting phone numbers when signing customers up, as phone numbers are high priority identifiers. Check our Persona Merging article for more information on customer trait priority.

Inventory is not syncing over, do you know why?
Ensure Track Stock is enabled under Inventory -> Setup -> Track Stock in your Clover dashboard.
How long does it take before I start to see my POS data in AIQ?
Within 24 hours, you should see data populating in AIQ
How can I confirm that the integration is active and signups are being sent?
Look under your Personas page in AIQ. The integration is functioning properly if you see "alleaves" under the Sourced from column
I am getting an account notification that I have unmapped stores, how can I fix this?
Once you see data coming through AIQ, you must "map" the API key to the store(s) to assign a "favorite store" to the customer. See How to Map a Store above for directions on how to accomplish this.
