About the AIQ <> 365 Canna Integration

AIQ Tier 3 & 4 will provide:
Automatic sign-up of members for loyalty/marketing in AIQ at the POS
AIQ member wallet access at the POS
AIQ redeemable discounts at the POS
QR codes on POS receipts for either Loyalty signup or Wallet access
Prerequisites
Purchase of AIQ Integration, which will include Tier 1 -4
Tier 1 & 2 includes:
AIQ's ability to get customer/member record information.
AIQ's ability to get POS transaction information.
AIQ's ability to get item information/inventory.
⚠️ Warning: Loyalty points will only be accumulated within AIQ. NAV will not/no longer calculate loyalty points. Therefore, there are no loyalty points summaries on POS receipts or the POS for visibility.
⚠️ Warning: There will no longer be a Loyalty Point tender type for redemption. All loyalty point redemptions will be configured in AIQ and matched to a Total Discount Offer within NAV. This will allow you to determine how many loyalty points are needed to receive a dollar amount off a transaction. Within NAV, this Total Discount Offer will discount the transaction by the dollar amount.
How to Connect AIQ to 365 Canna

Navigate to the Discount Builder in AIQ and input the coupon code from 365 Cannabis in the ID field at the bottom of the page.
POS Loyalty signup
When creating new members or checking in existing members who are not loyalty members in AIQ already, you can automatically sign them up as loyalty members in AIQ by selecting the “AIQ Loyalty Signup” button. (see figure 3)

The verbiage on the pop-up is the information entered on the AIQ setup page under [AIQ Signup Terms]. This can be whatever you want.
Once [Yes] is selected, they will automatically be created in AIQ as a “Loyalty” signup. (see figure 4)

The member will then need to create a login to their wallet, which they can do by scanning the QR code that prints on their POS receipt at the end of this transaction. (see figure 5 & 6)

When a member is checked in at the POS, the cashier can “Get Loyalty Status” for that member to determine whether they already exist in AIQ as a Loyalty member. (see figure 9)

If the member is not a Loyalty member in AIQ and decides not to sign up at the POS with the budtender, a QR code will print on the transaction receipt, allowing them to scan and sign up for loyalty within AIQ. (see figure 7 & 8)

ℹ️ Note: Transactions and loyalty point accruals will take 24 hours to integrate with AIQ, match to the Persona, and update loyalty points.
Loyalty point redemptions via discounts will be instantaneous in AIQ.
POS Wallet Access
When checking in a member at the POS, once a product has been added to the cart, you can view the member's AIQ wallet by selecting the [AIQ Wallet] button (see figure 9)
The wallet will show you all available discounts based on the member's loyalty point balance and the transaction balance.
i.e., if the transaction were only $75, you would not see discount AP0004 in the wallet because the transaction value is less than the “Dollar Value Discount” amount.
To apply an AIQ wallet discount at the POS, highlight the discount and select [OK] (see figure 11)

You will see on the POS journal the “Discount” information line, and under the “Totals” you will see the discount amount. (see figure 12)

ℹ️ Note: Since these discounts are set up as “Total Discount Offers”, they will not apply on the POS until [Total] button is selected. They will also stack with any other discount offers that have been applied.
The loyalty point redemption from the member's AIQ wallet will be instantaneous. (see figure 13). You will not have to wait 24 hours until the POS transaction integrates with AIQ for the Loyalty point redemptions.

How long does it take before I start to see my POS data in AIQ?
Within 24 hours, you should see data populating in AIQ
How can I confirm that the integration is active and signups are being sent?
Look under your Personas page in AIQ. The integration is functioning properly if you see "365canna" under the Sourced from column
I am getting an account notification that I have unmapped stores, how can I fix this?
Once you see data coming through AIQ, you must "map" the API key to the store(s) to assign a "favorite store" to the customer. See How to Map a Store above for directions on how to accomplish this.
