Report Downloads

CSV exports process in the background, allowing you to continue working while your report generates. Completed and past exports are stored in a centralized Report Downloads area, where you can track pending files and access finished downloads.

How to Export a Report in AIQ Ecommerce

  1. Navigate to any section of the app that supports .csv exports (e.g Menu, Manage Orders, Customers)

  2. Click the option to Export.
    ​

  3. When the export status modal appears, you may close out of the modal while the system retrieves your data.


How to Download Exported Reports in AIQ Ecommerce

  1. Navigate to My Profile > Report Downloads.

  2. Locate your report in the list.

  3. If the export is still processing, you will see a Pending status.

  4. Once the file is ready, the status will update to a Download link.

  5. Click Download to retrieve your file.

You can also retrieve previously exported reports from this same location.
