Use this view to understand what actions customers took before converting.
Link Tracking Breakout (Heat Map of Link Clicks)

Links clicked within the campaign
Click frequency
Sorted from most-clicked to least-clicked
This helps identify which CTAs and destinations performed best.

AIQ supports reporting for:
Normal campaigns
Waterfall campaigns
A/B Test campaigns
Co-marketing campaigns
Waterfall Campaign Reporting
Waterfall campaign reports include the same core sections as normal campaigns:
Conversion Overview
Top Converted
Engagement Performed Before Converting
Link Tracking
Channel Performance Breakdown
Waterfall campaigns also include channel-level performance metrics.
Important behavior:
Each audience member is included in only one channel
Example: A user who receives a text will not appear in failed email sends
A/B Test Campaign Reporting
A/B Test campaign reporting is segmented by variant group.
All campaign analytics—including conversions, engagement, and link clicks—are shown separately for each variant.
Co-Marketing Campaign Reporting
Co-marketing campaigns include an additional section listing partner performance.
A partner table appears at the end of the report
Clicking a partner row shows granular reporting for that partner’s individual campaign performance
This allows deeper analysis across all co-marketing participants.
