AIQ <> Bottle360: User Guide

Shopper Data

  • Name, email, and birthday

  • Phone and mailing address

  • Email marketing status — if Bottle360 has a shopper as subscribed, they are treated as email opted-in in AIQ

  • Wine club memberships and shopper groups (see below)

Orders

We import completed orders with full line-item detail:

  • What they bought (product, SKU, vintage/variant, quantity)

  • Price, discounts, and tax

  • Payment method

  • Purchase date

ℹ️ Note: Item-level discounts and manual price adjustments show up in sold price; cart-level discounts are captured at the order level. Cancelled, voided, and refunded orders are not counted as sales.

Product Catalog

The full Bottle360 product catalog imports, powering purchase history, analytics, and (when enabled) Dynamic Content:

  • Product name, SKU, and price

  • Brand, wine type/category, and varietal

  • Vintage

  • Images and product page links

  • Stock levels (in stock vs. out of stock)

Wine Club Memberships & Shopper Groups

Wine club and shopper group memberships import as custom attributes on the Persona:

Attribute

What it contains (Value)

B360 Club

Club name (e.g. "Reserve Club")

B360 Group

Bottle360 shopper group name

If a shopper is in more than one club or group, they get multiple attributes, so you can still segment on each.

What We Do Not Sync

  • Loyalty points from Bottle360 are not synced into AIQ

  • SMS consent is not imported (email subscribe status is)

  • No push of AIQ data back into Bottle360

  • Company/trade-account flags, tax-exempt status, and Bottle360's own lifetime-value stats are not mapped as contact fields (AIQ still builds spend/visit metrics from imported orders)

Additional AIQ Settings

The following additional settings are available on the Bottle360 integration card in AIQ. To access them, navigate to Settings > Integrations, locate Bottle360 and click on it to open the integration card.

Use AIQ's Last Backup

Freezes data from this source at the last audience run and stops AIQ from hitting the Bottle360 API for new data.

⚠️ Warning: Do not turn this on unless you are switching POS systems and want to retain existing data.

Send SMS Double Opt-ins to Personas Who Purchased After/On

Sends an SMS double opt-in request to Personas with a phone number who had a sale on or after the date you specify. Takes 24 hours to reflect.

⚠️ Warning: If this setting is removed after it has been set, it can cause loyalty Personas to be lost if they only became a member through this setting and did not use a signup form. We do not recommend changing this after it is set.

Auto Enroll Personas in Loyalty Program Who Purchased After/On

Automatically enrolls shoppers in the loyalty program if they had a sale on or after the date you specify. Takes 24 hours to reflect.

Dynamic Content

Dynamic Content is supported via Bottle360's API (not website scraping). Enable the Dynamic Content toggle on the integration card. When on, AIQ pulls:

  • Product catalog (name, image, link, price, brand, category/varietal, stock)

  • Recent order volume to identify top-selling products

  • Store details from Bottle360 (address, phone, email) for store context

That lets campaigns insert live product blocks (images, names, links, prices) into campaigns the same way as other API-based ecommerce integrations.

⚠️ Not supported today: Dynamic abandoned-cart blocks (Shopify-style cart abandonment). This is a catalog and purchase-history integration, not cart-event tracking.
