Install the Loyalty Browser Extension in Google Chrome

Log In to the extension using your AIQ staff account

As you navigate Dutchie POS, the AIQ widget will automatically appear at the bottom of the screen on any supported page:

From the widget, you can view loyalty points, check customer details, and enroll new customers — all without leaving your point of sale.

Within AIQ, navigate to your integration settings

Find LeafLogix / Dutchie POS on the integrations page and select it

Scroll down to the loyalty field and set a date in "Auto Enroll Personas in Loyalty Program Who Purchased After/On"

Save

Ensure that Sync Personas is enabled by navigating to your Integration settings, opening up LeafLogix / Dutchie POS and enabling the toggle next to Sync Personas

Open the designated Signup Form:
In your browser, open the Signup Form your store uses for in-store registration. (To find it in AIQ: go to Customers > Signup Forms, click Share on the correct form, and open the link.) Bookmark this link for quick access during future checkouts.

Set up your screen layout:
Position the AIQ Signup Form on one side of your screen and the Dutchie Register on the other. This is recommended so you are able to move freely between the two platforms easily.

Register the new customer:
When checking out a new customer, fill out their information in the AIQ Signup Form first. Once submitted, you'll be able to locate them in Dutchie and attach them to the sale.

Attach the customer to the transaction:
In Dutchie Register, click the Plus icon next to Guest, then search for the customer you just registered by Phone, Email or Name and click Attach to Cart.

Complete the transaction:
With the customer added to the cart, finish checking them out as normal. Their loyalty profile will appear in the AIQ environment immediately, and their purchase will sync on AIQ's standard import schedule.
