Requesting Terpli

Terpli is enabled by the AIQ team and is not currently a full self-service feature.

If Terpli has not yet been enabled for your account, you will see an empty state with a button to request access.

When you click the Enable Terpli button:

  1. A request is sent to the AIQ Customer Success team.

  2. A confirmation modal appears stating that your request has been submitted.

  3. A Customer Success Manager will reach out to assist with enabling Terpli for your account.

Terpli Enrollment Tiers

Terpli billing is based on the number of menus per physical location, not menu type.

Primary (Base License)

  • Applies to any location with one menu, e.g.

    • Recreational only

    • Medical only

    • In Store only

    • Kiosk only

    • Or a single combined menu

  • Billed at the primary rate

  • Every active location requires a primary license

Secondary (Additional Menu Surcharge)

  • Applies when a location has two menus (e.g. Recreational & Medical, or In Store & Kiosk)

  • Billed in addition to the primary rate

  • Represents the second menu at the same location

Key Rules

  • Every location pays at least one primary license

  • A secondary license cannot exist on its own

  • Billing is determined by menu count per location, not license type

Additional Notes

  • Medical-only states (e.g., LA, AR, MS) are unaffected

    • A medical-only store has one menu and pays the full primary rate

  • Locations with dual menus will always incur a secondary surcharge

Adding Terpli to More Locations

If Terpli is already enabled for some locations, you will see options to activate additional locations.

You can request activation for more locations by:

  • Clicking the Enable more locations button, or

  • Selecting Activate more locations from the More (β‹―) menu.

Submitting this request follows the same process and notifies the Customer Success team to complete the setup.
