The AIQ Help Center makes it easy to find answers, whether you are searching for a specific topic or browsing to explore available resources. This article explains the different ways to find help articles and when to use each option.

Search the Help Center

The quickest way to find an article is to use the search bar at the top of the Help Center homepage.

Use the search bar to quickly find articles by feature name, keyword, or topic.

You can search using:

  • Feature names

  • Keywords

  • Workflows

  • Article topics

Examples of useful search terms include:

  • Campaign reporting

  • 10DLC

  • Discounts

  • Surveys

  • Signup forms

Search works best when you already know the name of the feature, task, or topic you need help with.


Browse by Collection

If you are not sure what to search for, you can browse the Help Center by collection.

Browse collections to explore articles by product area.

Collections group articles by product area so related content is easier to find.

Examples of collections include:

  • Dashboard

  • Personas

  • Audiences

  • Marketing

  • Loyalty

  • Data Analytics

  • Integrations

  • Ecommerce

  • Mobile App

  • Brands

  • Settings

Browsing by collection is helpful when you know the general area you need help with, but not the exact article title.


Use Sections Within a Collection

Within each collection, articles are organized into smaller sections.

Sections help narrow broad topics into more specific article groups.

These sections make it easier to find the right article within a larger topic area.

For example, a collection may include sections such as:

  • Account

  • Global settings

  • Store Settings

If you are browsing a collection, reviewing the section names can help you find the most relevant article more quickly.


Use Quick Links

The Help Center homepage also includes Quick Links to commonly used resources.

Quick Links provide fast access to popular setup and reference resources.

Quick Links may include resources such as:

  • Help Navigating Support Platforms

  • Quick Start Guides

  • Accessibility

This section is especially useful if you are looking for onboarding materials, setup guides, or other frequently referenced content.


Tips for Finding Articles

Try different navigation options depending on how specific your search is.

Keep these tips in mind when using the Help Center:

  • Use search when you know the feature name, keyword, or task.

  • Browse by collection when you only know the general product area.

  • Use collection sections to narrow down related topics.

  • Try a different keyword if your first search does not return the expected article.

  • Check Quick Links for common resources and starting points.
