About the AIQ x Breadstack Integration
Breadstack is ecommerce software for regulated industries. The integration with AIQ allows for:
Breadstack has built AIQ Loyalty directly into their ecommerce checkout. This allows customers to view and redeem AIQ discounts seamlessly during checkout, while Alpine IQ remains the system of record for loyalty and discount logic.
Loyalty Points
Breadstack does not calculate, add, or manage loyalty points
Loyalty point accrual is handled by the POS integrations
Greenline and Cova are responsible for awarding points to customers
All loyalty balances are stored and maintained in AIQ
Discounts
AIQ is the source of truth for all discounts
Breadstack retrieves available discounts from AIQ at checkout
Any create, update, or delete action on a discount in AIQ is automatically reflected in the Breadstack checkout
Breadstack does not create or manage discounts
Supported Discount Types
Breadstack supports the following Alpine IQ discount types:
Static $ Off
Static % Off
Discount Limitations
Discount stacking is not supported
Only a single discount may be applied per checkout
Breadstack does not evaluate advanced or conditional discount logic beyond the supported static discounts
