How to Connect AIQ to Flourish
Get Flourish Credentials
Obtain your Username and Password from Flourish's application using these instructions.
Enable the integration in AIQ Ecommerce
Navigate to Store > Integrations
Click on Flourish
Enable the integration toggle
Input the Username and Password
Click Save
After you save, you will then be able to select your facility. This is required for us to pull inventory and push orders.
Once you have successfully enabled your Flourish integration, you can go to your products screen and click on the sync button to pull inventory into AIQ Ecom.
Require Medical Customer Verification
Enabling this optional setting in the integration slide-out will flag all new customers as needing to have their ID physically verified before completing a pickup in Flourish.
Orders
Med vs Rec Orders
AIQ sends the is\_recreational flag when creating new orders. This helps distinguish between medical and recreational sales, keeping your records accurate.
Order ID handling
AIQ sends Flourish the customer-facing order ID.
For unique order IDs, we recommend enabling the Randomized Order Number setting in AIQ, see Order Settings.
Order Statuses
AIQ now automatically syncs order statuses from Flourish back into AIQ Ecommerce. This keeps order tracking accurate and up to date.

Note: These statuses get synced every 10 minutes.
Syncing Orders
Turn on the Sync Orders toggle if you'd like AIQ Ecommerce to automatically push new orders into Flourish when they are confirmed.
When order syncing is enabled, you’ll now see the
Flourish Order IDdirectly in the AIQ order dashboard.To view this, click into the order to open the slideout details.
This makes searching and reconciling orders between systems easier.

Customers
Customer Lookup
AIQ Ecommerce will send a request to Flourish to lookup a customer. This request will include the following customer information:
Name
Date of Birth
Phone Number
Email Address
Medical ID (If applicable)
AIQ follows this sequence when creating orders in Flourish
Medical orders → Look up by
patient_id. If found, use that customer.Phone number → If no match above (or if recreational), look up by phone.
Email → If no match by phone, look up by email.
New customer → If no match in any step, a new customer is created.
Inventory
Syncing Products/Inventory
Turning on this integration will trigger AIQ Ecommerce to automatically sync with Flourish every 10 minutes. You can also manually trigger a sync by going to Menu > Products and clicking Sync?
Active & Sellable items only: AIQ only pulls products from Flourish if they are both:
Active for ecommerceMarked as
sellable
Category mapping: AIQ will first check for an
ecommerce subcategory name.If one is entered, that value is used.
If not, we default to the
item categoryat the inventory level.
Product name mapping: AIQ now prioritizes the
ecommerce item name.If present, this value is displayed.
If not, we fall back to the
retail display name.

Inventory Mapping
When products are synced from Flourish, AIQ Ecommerce will pull over all of the fields that your location has setup to sync and AIQ Ecommerce will map each product to a certain category. AIQ uses the category from Flourish to map the products over.

Offers
If offers are enabled inside of AIQ Ecommerce, we will push these to Flourish when a customer places an order. For example, if you have a product discounted 50% off in AIQ, we will push this 50% off discount to Flourish when creating the order.
FAQs
How often will my inventory sync?
AIQ ecommerce will sync your inventory every 10 minutes. In between syncs, we will also keep an accurate hold on any inventory ordered to prevent over selling
How after will my order status sync?
AIQ ecommerce will sync your order statuses from your point of sale every 2 minutes. This allows us to have near real time order status syncing with your point of sale.
