Prerequisites
Before getting started, ensure you have:
Access to your Ecommerce dashboard
Necessary integration keys for your tech stack (POS, Marketing & Loyalty, Delivery, Payments, Analytics, etc.)
1. Menu Tech Setup
There are 3 ways you can set up our Ecommerce menus:
SEO Menu: Most of our customers use the SEO Menu. This is on your own domain and gives you searchable product and menu data.
Hosted Menu: Some customers choose this option to get their menu up and running quickly. This URL is hosted by us (not on your domain), so you won't get the SEO benefit.
Full Custom Build using our Blueprint API: If you would like to use our API to completely build the front end to your own liking, we do support that.
โ ๏ธ Note: We do not support iFrame menus that live on your website. The only exception is that the Shop tab of the native loyalty app iFrames to ecommerce menus, including AIQ Ecommerce.
2. Integrations
Gather your Keys: What's your tech stack? POS, Marketing and loyalty, Delivery, Payments, Analytics, etc.
Order integrations if you do not already have any and get them integrated.
3. Configuration
Team Setup
Add employees and their permissions
Menu Configuration
Configure your Menu
Store Info, Business Hours, and Time Slots
Add your Logos, color, icons, etc.
Order Status, Order Notifications, Minimum Age, Click-Wrap Terms, Purchase Window, Reply-to Email Address
Per Order Type Settings
Configure your Per Order Type (Curbside, etc.) settings
Setup Taxes and Product Categories
Setup category mapping from your POS to Ecommerce and decide which fields map over from your POS
In-Store Operations
Do you have an express pick-up or designated pick up areas?
Scan QR codes using our mobile app to expedite order fulfillment
Want to add self-service kiosks to your store? Easy, just copy and paste kiosk URL into your tablet or kiosk, no specific hardware required.
Marketing Configuration
Be sure to enable so customers can utilize loyalty program at checkout.
