AIQ tier classification

AIQ classifies Point of Sale integrations into three levels to streamline support, ensure we provide the right leads when mutual partners need services, and to identify any edge cases within client tech stacks. Moving to the next level doesn’t require completing all the features within that level, but AIQ recommends completing most.

  2. Refund points / redemptions

  3. Loyalty signup within the POS

  5. Loyalty status indicator in the POS

  6. Loyalty signup information in POS receipts (including QR codes)

  7. Integration with POS's waiting room queue

  8. Real-time loyalty points validation

Premium Integration

  1. Displaying earned and awarded customer badges in the POS UI

  2. Integrating AI-driven product upsell recommendations within the POS UI

  3. Support for custom additional features tailored to your needs
