FAQs
Why can't I change the position of the category question in the flow?
AIQ uses the answer to the category question to determine whether a user follows the standard flow or the edibles flow, so its position is fixed.
How is the edibles flow triggered?
The edibles flow is triggered when a user selects "Edibles" as their answer to the first (category) question.
Why can't I disable or make certain questions optional?
Some questions are essential for the recommendation algorithm to deliver accurate, high-quality results. For those questions, the Required setting cannot be changed.
