ℹ️ Note: Manager and Staff roles require "Edit points" and "Add points" permissions to be explicitly enabled by an Owner. If you're unable to submit a point adjustment, ask your Owner to go to Settings > Company Account > Members Settings > Role Permissions and enable the relevant toggle for your role.
How to Manually Adjust Points
Navigate to Customers>Personas
Search for the specific persona and click into their details
Navigate to the Points tab
In the section "Adjust points", input a number (or use the +/- buttons) and an adjustment note which will be shown in the points timeline.
Click "Submit Change"
Before you adjust a shopper's points, do the math: Do the points and spending add up?
Many times when there are abrupt changes to a shopper's points balance, it is due to merged Personas recalculating points earned and redeemed. Even though the points may have changed unexpectedly, the math should check out.

Is there a report for viewing manual point adjustments?
You can view manually added points through the Analytics section of your account by following these steps:
Navigate to Analytics > My Analytics > Loyalty > .
Scroll to the section labeled "Manual Point Adjustments."

How do I find a shopper's historical point balance?
Open the shopper's Persona in Customers > Personas, then navigate to the Points tab. This shows a full timeline of all point events including purchases, adjustments, expirations, and redemptions.
Can I edit the note on a manual points adjustment after submitting it?
No. Notes on manual adjustments cannot be edited after submission. If needed, an additional adjustment can be added with a new note, but it must include a point value of at least 1.
